Channel Island Finance was approached by an individual looking to source funding for the acquisition of a long established Channel Island registered commercial entity.

By assessing both sides of the proposition we were able to liaise with the vendor and establish a plan that allowed for the existing assets to be utilised as security for the funding facility.
